HIT Active Stable Pricing Guide
The more horse-friendly, the better the price!
Every HIT Active Stable is individually designed and constructed so therefore our products are specified and calculated as per your individual need.
As a result, we can only provide an accurate price once we understand which components (for example which types of feeding systems) are needed for your HIT Active Stable.
We are often asked for a total definitive cost for the building of an HIT Active Stable. Besides the HIT Active Stable products, there are many other costs to consider such as plumbing, groundwork, machinery, construction, planning fees and civil engineering which all have to be carefully calculated. These types of costs may vary due to region, terrain, climate, local authorities and size of the project. Savings can be made by reusing existing buildings.
Average investment cost of a new build HIT Active Stable
Average Investment Cost Per Horse (£20,575 per horse net)
Please note that these costs are based on the 2022 year and are indicated as an average cost of investment and may vary based on local conditions. Additional costs may include buildings, car parks, offices, driveways, arenas, lunge pens, wash bays and tack rooms.
In comparison, investment costs per horse are similar to that of a high end traditional box system however the difference in welfare standards are not comparable. In the longer term, variable costs such as labour input and feed wastage with an HIT Active Stable system are significantly lower and therefore the return on investment is quicker by comparison.
