No, Komfortex® is made from rubber granules and will be porous to liquids. Any liquids mainly flow off the edges between adjacent slabs.
You can use Komfortex® all around your yard (apart from stables). It is particularly good in walkways, wash bays and turnout pens.
Komfortex® slabs have a peg system so each tile fits together securely. All you need to do is begin with a straight edge and fit them together like block paving. The rubber can be easily cut with a knife to fit any shape you have.
